New Orleans

The city itself, a place of wonder and debauchery. Anything which doesn't occur on a group's territory belongs here.

  • The French Quarter
The most infamous part of New Orleans, the Quarter is home to shops, restaurants, galleries, bars and more. You can always find tourists and hear music here. If you're very still, you're also liable to catch one of the Pard in the vicinity.

  • The Garden District
The residential area of the city most known for its architecture. It fared well during Katrina, and is home to both wealthy and middle class alike. You can find Touro Infirmary here, which is where the Horde's Queen works and the Lazarus' Ulfric can often be found.

  • The Swamp Rat Café
Technically the café is Horde property, but it is neutral grounds for all lycanthropes to meet. A number of rodere work here.

  • The Firehouse
Nominally controlled by the rats, in as much as situations that happen there are dealt with by the Horde, the Firehouse was at one point an actual firehouse around the turn of the century. At one point condemned, it was purchased and retrofitted. These days, it houses almost nightly parties for the younger crowd of lycanthropes. It's a well-known establishment to those that are in the know, and there are enough bribes floating out there to keep it running for quite some time.

  • NOPD Precinct
The city's cops -- and RPIT -- are based out of this building. It is not the most attractive pre- or post-Katrina, but it gets the job done.

  • The 9th Ward
The easternmost downriver part of NOLA, the 9th Ward fared horribly during Katrina. While the Upper 9th is more habitable, the Lower 9th averages one person per city block. Trailers are common, devastation moreso. New Orleans isn't always jazz, drink and revelry, after all.

  • Saint Louis Cemetery
The cemeteries which bring people to Nawlins as much as the city's food or jazz. Saint Louis #1 is likely to be the most busy thanks to Marie Laveau's presence, but animators make their presence known in all three.
