The city's were-leopards are under the Frenzy's thumb, their land small and only in the French Quarter. There are currently five surviving were-leopards left after a massacre, and they are rebuilding their pard. Léopardé Lionne: Tyler King

The French Market
A location that the Pard considers their "home turf". The French Market is where they feel most safe and most in control, though they're still quite aware that it's really controlled by the Frenzy. The amount of people that walk through the market -- and the strangeness of these people -- means that the Pard don't tend to raise suspicions here, and they use the vendors at the various stalls as contacts for gathering information.

Selene's House
A rather nice place just off Louisa Street outside of the French Quarter proper. It's a good-sized house, though simple. Six bedrooms ensure that there's plenty of space for the cats who visit -- but her house is no mansion despite this, and it's still undergoing renovation after the floods, with the helping funds of several felines. Selene's house is a meeting place right before the full moon and the trip to Tehuantepec -- and at no other time are cats allowed in her house without invitation, other than Zoe and Tyler. On very rare occasions, a cat will be allowed to stay there temporarily, but for the most part Selene prefers her privacy too much to allow this very frequently.

Tyler's House
General gathering place for the Pard on nights that don't involve transformation for the full moon. Cats are allowed to come and go as they please, and here they can let their hair down a bit more than in the French Market.

Tehuantepec
Tehuantepec is a small, enclosed area just outside of the French Quarter of New Orleans. It's located in the Barataria Preserve somewhere around twelve miles from the French Quarter itself. This is dense, swampy land where the Pard can roam about. A contact within the Preserve itself gives them access to it after hours, and allows them to bring in their own game (provided it's not something which will disturb the natural habitat) once a month. They are not, however, allowed to hunt game they did not bring in, as it may raise eyebrows. Any cat who does so will be punished to assure they never do it again. Strict control is kept over "kittens" who cannot properly control themselves by their mentors, and other cats are encouraged to also keep an eye over these inexperienced felines, for safety's sake.
